Rules & Guidelines

     - Time shown is Pacific Daylight Time. 
     - Online Courtesy is expected, bullying and other anti-social behavior will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the class.
     - The students should cooperate with the staff members and volunteers in charge of the online activities.
     - Students need a computer and internet connection to participate in the class.
     - Students will not be admitted into the zoom video conference after 5 minutes of the start of class.
     - No Make Up Days.
     - Classes may be canceled in the case of unplanned emergencies.

Zoom Meeting info is sent the day before class. Wait listed students will get an email 2 hours before class if they are able to get a spot.  All Timings are Pacific Daylight Time. To join the Meeting:

For the Zoom meeting, set your display name to be your first name and the first initial of your last name (example; Michael B).  This will ensure that attendance can be taken quickly. 

ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

 I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: I hereby expressly waive, release, and forever discharge Computerwisekids Inc. and its employees, contractors, coaches, instructors, counselors in training, and other staff members from any and all liability, claim, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from, or attributable in any way to, any act or omission on the part of the class or its class personnel. On behalf of my student, I hereby accept all of the risks of participating in any/all activities associated with this event, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, or that of other online participants. I Indemnify, hold harmless and promise not to sue the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence or otherwise.
PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE:

 I understand while participating in the classes, my student may be photographed. I agree to allow the photos, videos, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns. I give consent to Computerwisekids to take and use pictures/videos of my child on the school and classroom websites and/or promotional activities.
